2019 Class Schedule

ELDOA

ELDOA may be the single most impactful thing you can do for your spine, & joints in general. Using a combination of spatial awareness drills, scientific stretching and specific postural exercises to open space in the joints; ELDOA classes will teach you how to improve your posture, reduce back, hip & neck pain and improve your recovery from hard exercise.

Strong

STRONG classes are designed with posture, joint stability & movement quality in mind to improve functional strength and cardiovascular health while maintaining good flexibility, balance & coordination. STRONG classes are an excellent progression from Zone & ELDOA if you are looking for better movement, strength, body composition and a good workout!

STRONG classes are not currently running. However, feel free to get in touch if you’re interested in attending and we will do our best to accommodate you!

ZONE

ZONE is a ‘work-in’ as opposed to a workout. Designed specifically to cultivate more energy than the class requires to do, ZONE classes provide gentle movement to pump fluids around the body and remove waste from the tissues, focused breathwork slow the brainwaves and gentle music to calm the mind, helping you de-stress and take time out of your day for YOU.
