      • Weekly 1 to 1 Private Appointments covering:

        • Analytical and Specific Exercise Coaching, Improving Posture & Flexibility, Strength & Functional Fitness
        • Recovery strategies, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
      Most Flexible Programme - STANDALONE HANDS-ON TREATMENTS

      This programme is for:

      • People looking to generally maintain their wellbeing and release tension in their body, without the added cost of regular sessions.
      • People looking for semi-regular (once or twice a month) bodywork for relaxation, wellbeing and general health.
      • People who usually see another practitioner, but are in the area briefly and would like maintenance work, or need a referral for manual work.

      This programme includes:

      • Medical History Review prior to the session.
        • Short Structural Alignment check to inform a relevant plan of bodywork.
        • 45-90 minutes of bodywork.
        • Instruction for home exercise maintenance work if agreed on.

         * NOTE: This programme IS NOT for people who are simply looking for a quick fix for long term solutions. Most professionals will always recommend a course of sessions to unravel the cause of aches and pains, and to do the required work with you to manage this. If you are considering a service for a specific issue, the high-performance health & fitness programme will be the most effective one for you!

        Group Coaching

        THURSDAYS - ELDOA 7pm

        This class focuses on toning and shaping the muscles of the body, while improving your flexibility, spine and joint health. This class will challenge your body in a safe & low impact way, and is excellent both as a recovery class from lifting weights or spinning, or as a real workout on its own. The exercises are great to improve posture and strength, creating long & lean muscle tone. Designed for all levels of fitness.

        All classes are available free of charge to members of Lifestyle Fitness Avon Valley, and can be booked through your account portal at www.lifestylefitness.co.uk.

        Payment structures

         

        All Programmes including weekly regular coaching run for a minimum of 12 weeks. This is to ensure we have enough time to see progress, and build habits that will be of benefit to you! Packages may be purchased with a monthly payment plan to spread the financial investment evenly over the course of the programme. Payment for standalone assessments & treatments are due upfront if no subsequent coaching is agreed upon.
